Beachread membership terms.

Beachread membership is an annual membership. The annual membership fee is [PRICE] [including VAT, if applicable] and is paid in advance. Membership begins on the date of purchase and remains active for 12 months. It includes access to the Beachread benefits described on our website at the time of purchase.

Membership is personal to the member and may not be transferred, shared, or resold.

Your Beachread membership renews automatically for successive 12-month terms unless you cancel before your next renewal date. You can cancel at any time in the Beachread app.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current membership term; you will retain access until that date and will not be charged for the next annual term. Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, payments for the current membership term are non-refundable.

We may make reasonable changes to Beachread's benefits where needed for operational, legal, or safety reasons. We will give advance notice of material changes where reasonably possible.
